Answer a security review

5 min · Answer the usual data questions from what Klarwolf does today, each with its source.

1. Where do questions go? To the one AI provider that answers: one connected with your own key, one picked by the person, or on a plan where Klarwolf pays for the AI, one Klarwolf picks. Each handles it under its own terms, and Klarwolf sends nothing until the person agrees to the list. Klarwolf does not sell personal information.
2. Is our data kept apart? Yes: each company is its own workspace. A connected SharePoint is read-only, limited to the site your Microsoft admin grants, indexed only into your own workspace and never pooled with other companies.
3. What about keys and files? A connected AI key is tested, stored encrypted, shown only by its last 4 characters and deleted when disconnected. An attachment goes to the AI picked for that question and is not stored by Klarwolf.
4. Can it be removed? Yes: a person deletes their own account in Settings, with their questions and answers, memories and keys. A team account is removed by the team’s admin; write to us if you need help.
5. Paste each answer into your review form and link the FAQ answer it came from. Anything the FAQ does not say, ask us rather than assume.
