Privacy notice

Updated October 28, 2026

Klarwolf, at klarwolf.com, is run by WolfpackFront LLC (“we”). This notice explains, in plain language, what Klarwolf keeps, why, and who helps us handle it. We do not sell personal information.

Your account

Your email and sign-in details (including passkeys) are handled by our sign-in provider. Cookies keep you signed in.

Your questions and answers

  • They are stored. We keep each question, the answer, which AI and model answered and why, what it cost, and any 👍/👎 you give, so you can see your answers and what Klarwolf saved you.
  • They go to AI providers. To answer, Klarwolf sends your question (with the memories below) to an AI provider: one you connected with your own key, one you pick, or, on a plan where Klarwolf pays for the AI, one Klarwolf picks using our own account with that provider. Each provider handles it under its own terms. The providers Klarwolf can use are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Foundry, in your own Azure), Perplexity, xAI (Grok), Groq, Mistral, DeepSeek, Cohere, OpenRouter and Together AI.
  • Questions for later. A question you ask Klarwolf to answer later, or to answer again on a schedule, is kept until it is answered or you remove it.
  • Files and photos you attach. A file or photo you attach to a question goes to the AI you pick, to answer that question only, and is not kept by Klarwolf; the answer keeps the file’s name. That AI company handles it under its own terms, as it does your question.

Memories

Klarwolf stores short things you tell it about yourself or add by hand, and sends the relevant ones to the AI with your questions. Memory is always on: whichever AI answers gets what is relevant to the question. It skips anything that looks like a password or key. Only you see your memories, and you can correct or delete any or all of them from Memory in Klarwolf. Your brain (klarwolf.com/brain) shows everything Klarwolf holds about you, conversations included, to see, delete or download.

Your AI keys

When you connect an AI, Klarwolf first tests the key with that provider and saves it only if it works. Saved keys are stored encrypted, used only to test the key and to send your questions to that provider, and never shown again: Klarwolf displays only the last 4 characters. Disconnecting an AI deletes its stored key.

When you share

  • Wolfpack Universe. On a personal account, a general answer you get (one that used none of your memories or files, with nothing personal in it, and that you didn’t mark wrong) can be shared, without your name, so the next person asking the same thing gets it, and Klarwolf checks the Universe for answers others shared before it asks an AI. This is on unless you switch it off, with one switch, in Klarwolf. Team accounts have it off until someone there turns it on. Deleting a question takes down an answer shared only from it.
  • A shared answer shows the question, that answer and its sources, never your memories, other conversations, routing or cost. Klarwolf asks before sharing anything that looks like an email address or phone number, never shares anything that looks like a password, key or card number, and needs sign-in to open the link unless you pick “anyone with the link”. Links end after 30 days, or at once when you choose “Stop sharing”.
  • Pack Pass. If you share your pass, the pass page shows your first name. We record who claimed a pass and whether it counted, to apply the free months. We never message anyone for you: every share is a link you send yourself.

Ratings, suggestions and plans

  • Ratings. Your 👍/👎 ratings are counted together with other people’s (which AI, which model and what kind of question, not the question itself) to decide which AI Klarwolf picks.
  • Suggestions. What you send with “Suggest a change” is stored with your email address so we can read it and follow up. With it go any screenshots you attach (kept in private storage, seen only by you and the team, deleted with your account), the page you were on, your device and browser type, your window size and the app version.
  • Plans. Stripe handles payments; we keep which plan and add-ons your workspace has and their status. We never see your full card number.
  • The waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email, which page headline you saw and a rough source (such as the site that sent you). Joining sends you nothing.

What klarwolf.com records automatically

  • Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights show page views and page speed in aggregate.
  • Where you came from. When you create an account, we keep one rough source with it, such as “facebook” or “flyer” (from the link or QR code you used, or the site that sent you), so we know which of our posts and printed cards work. Your browser holds it until you sign up. We never keep the full link, a click id or your IP address for this.
  • Page steps. We count anonymous steps such as “viewed this page”, with the page and a rough source. They do not include your name or email.
  • Server logs. Our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to fix problems.
  • “Signed in before”. While you are signed in, your browser keeps one small cookie that says only that it has signed in to Klarwolf. It holds no name or email; it lets klarwolf.com open sign-in for you instead of the page for first-time visitors.
  • No advertising cookies.
