Turn your policies into a Project

6 min · A Project that holds your reply rules and policy documents, with a first draft reply to test it.

1. Create a Project and name it for the work, such as “Customer replies”.
2. In its instructions, write your tone and your limits: what you can offer, and what you never promise.
3. Attach up to 10 documents, each under 3 MB: your returns policy, shipping times, a few good past replies with names removed.
4. Ask for a draft reply to a made-up customer message. Read it against your own policy and fix the instructions wherever the draft strays.
