Roll Klarwolf out to your team

6 min · Get a small team started on their own accounts, with the right expectations.

1. Pick two or three people and one real job for them, such as answering customer questions or researching a vendor.
2. Each person creates their own account with their email. Before the first question, each one agrees to which AI companies may receive it.
3. Tell them what is not available yet: per-person spend limits, admin controls and an allowed-AI list. Their progress in the Academy is kept in their own browser.
4. After a week, ask what worked and what they wished it did. If something missing decides it for you, write to us and say which.
