Bring your ChatGPT or Claude history

4 min · Import what you want from your old chats, and leave the rest.

1. Import your ChatGPT or Claude history from your account in Klarwolf.
2. You pick what to keep. Nothing sensitive is brought over without your choice.
3. Afterwards, open the Memory tab to see exactly what was kept and use Forget on anything you do not want.
