A customer wrote: “[paste their message]”. Draft a friendly reply that uses what you know about my business.

Steps

1. Teach Klarwolf the facts once (“remember that we ship from Portland, Maine and orders go out Tuesdays and Fridays”).
2. Paste the customer’s message into the starter prompt. Keep passwords, card numbers and other private details out of it.
3. The answer says when it used your memory, so you can see which facts it relied on.
4. Check the facts and send the reply yourself.
