What to plan around today

3 min · Know how Klarwolf fits a support workflow now and what to tell your team it does not do.

1. Klarwolf is used through its web app today. You copy a draft into the tool where you answer customers.
2. Sharing a Project with a team is not available yet, and nor are the other team features listed in the FAQ’s teams answer.
3. For the same question asked often, save it to be answered on a schedule with its own cost cap, such as a weekly summary of the questions you saw.
4. If a missing piece would decide it for you, write to us and say what you would do with it.
