Keep your policies in a Project

4 min · Set up a Project with your reply rules and policy documents so drafts follow them.

1. Create a Project for your support work. It is a folder with its own instructions, a memory note and up to 10 kept documents.
2. Write the instructions the way you would brief a new colleague: tone, what you can offer, what you never promise.
3. Add your policy documents. Answers inside the Project follow its instructions and documents.
4. Sharing a Project with a team is not available yet, so each person sets up their own copy for now.
